Heron Academy Wiki:Terms of Service
The Terms of Service outlined below are separate and in addition to our standard site-wide Terms Of Use (which apply to everyone). The Terms of Service detailed below outline the agreement that takes place between you and us should we accept you as an editor for the Heron Academy Wiki. In no way does any part of this document repeal any of our standard site-wide Terms Of Use agreement.
For the purposes of this agreement, "Heron Academy Wiki", "we" and "us" refers to us, the owner(s) of the Heron Academy Of Internet Marketing. "You" refers to you, the editor, who will be editing content on our website.
Plagiarism
You hereby agree that all work you submit to us is work of your own creation and ideas, and that no part of it was copied in any way from an external source. The Heron Academy Wiki considers any work to have been submitted by you to have been created by you and you only. If any form of civil litigation or criminal proceedings are initiated against us as a result of copyright or plagiarized work being submitted to the Heron Academy Wiki by you, we will take the position that you notified us that the work you submitted was of your creation, and you alone shall be held responsible for the damages caused. By accepting this agreement you do hereby notify us that any work you submit to the Heron Academy Wiki is of your creation, and thus if this is not true you alone agree to bear the consequences of such actions. You agree to immediately notify us in the event that any work you submit to us is not of your creation, at which time you will automatically no longer be considered an editor for the Heron Academy Wiki. Any and all forms of plagiarism brought to our attention will be reported to the respective copyright owners of the content.

Subsequent to your release of ownership of any content to us, we may, and most likely will, however are not required to, allow the content to be reused by the general public under a specific license under certain conditions. The license we choose to release the content under will most likely be the Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 3.0 Unported license, however we reserve the right to maintain copyright to any work submitted to us if we so choose, and it is never to be assumed that the work you submit will automatically become publicly available under any specific license.
If your contributions become publicly available on the Heron Academy Wiki under the Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 3.0 Unported license, you will be required to follow the same Policies:Attribution Requirements as any other user if you wish to make use of the content in any way.

Whilst we will almost certainly make any content you submit always available freely to the general public, you should understand this is in no way legally binding.
By acknowledging that ownership of content you submit to us is automatically transferred to us, you should understand that we are legally free to edit and reuse this content in any way we deem fit. This may include but is not limited to other editors editing any content submitted.
